The website of Kombucha Life is a shopping center for e-commerce, the creator and owner of which is the company NATURAL PLUS OOD.

The site has a specialized focus, namely the sale of nutritional supplements via the Internet according to the customer’s individual order. All prices shown on this site include VAT and do not include shipping costs!

All prices are valid while supplies last. NATURAL PLUS Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without prior notification to its users, as well as to correct incorrect technical and other parameters of the goods. Typographical errors, differences in the color rendering of the user’s computer configuration, as well as a change in the design of the products are possible. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. The company NATURAL PLUS OOD is, in addition to the producer of its own brand KOMBUCHA LIFE. The content of this site may not be reproduced or displayed without the written consent of NATURAL PLUS Ltd.

Definitions

„User“ is anyone who has uploaded to the website of NATURAL PLUS OOD.
„Items“ are the goods offered for purchase through the Site.
„Order“ is the individual request for the purchase of the selected Item/Items under the conditions stipulated on the site regarding the method of delivery and payment by the User.
„Services“ are all actions carried out by NATURAL PLUS OOD during and/or on the occasion of the offer, sale and delivery of the Articles from the Site.

Preamble This document contains the General Terms and Conditions according to which NATURAL PLUS OOD provides Services to its Users through the Site. Each user is bound by the rules of these general terms and conditions for the entire time of using the site, from the initial entry to the exit from the website.

Identification of the User for the purpose of reproducing his statement of acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is carried out through the IP address of the user, as well as any other information provided, stored in the log-files of the server of the website of NATURAL PLUS Ltd. The general conditions are published in a prominent place on the Site and are available to every User.

Subject to General Terms

The general conditions regulate the relations related to the provision of the Services by NATURAL PLUS OOD through the Site.

Goods subject to sale

The object of sale are the Articles offered on the Site at the time of the User’s purchase request. The items sold through the Site are described by type and quality and are classified into separate categories based on common and similar characteristics. The request to purchase an Article/Articles is considered as an express consent by the User regarding their type and quality.

Payment Methods

After completing the individual request for the purchase of the selected Item, according to the procedure specified for this, the User pays the specified amount on the spot upon delivery by courier.

Complaint

A customer who has ordered goods may refuse receipt after delivery only in the following cases: When there is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered goods, which was impossible to establish at the time of delivery, the item(s) are subject to complaint. The buyer can exercise his rights according to Art. 55, para. 1 of the Civil Code, within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided that they are returned in the form in which they were received, without being used. Exceptions to this rule are expressly regulated in the Consumer Protection Act.

Rights and obligations of the User

The User has the right to view, order by individual request and receive Articles from the Site according to the terms and conditions specified therein. The User has the right to be informed about the status of his Order. The User has the right to delivery of the requested Item/Items and to the requested delivery address, after payment of the sales price in the order indicated on the Site. The User is obliged to pay the price of his Order according to the method announced on the Site. Users of the site have no right to distribute, change (edit), copy (except for non-commercial, personal purposes), transmit, exhibit, reproduce, reproduce, publish, create secondary materials, transfer, sell or in any other way use content of the site without the express written permission of NATURAL PLUS OOD.
Each User, regardless of whether he has placed an Order or not, undertakes when using the Services:

* not to violate and respect the rights and freedoms of citizens, according to the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and international acts to which it is a party, the rules of morality, good manners and Internet ethics when using the Services provided by NATURAL PLUS OOD;
* not to violate others’ property or non-property, absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
* to immediately notify NATURAL PLUS OOD and the relevant authorities of any case of committed or discovered violation when using the Services provided;
* not to commit malicious acts.

Rights and obligations of the website of NATURAL PLUS OOD

NATURAL PLUS Ltd. does not have the obligation and the objective possibility and does not control the way in which the Users use the Services provided. NATURAL PLUS OOD has the right, but not the obligation, to preserve materials and information used/located on the server of the website of NATURAL PLUS OOD or made available to third parties by the User, and to provide them to third parties and the relevant state authorities in cases where this is necessary to preserve the rights and legal interests, property and security of NATURAL PLUS OOD, as well as to third parties, in cases of claims made in connection with the violation of their rights in connection with the use or disseminated information or materials, as well as in cases where the materials or information are requested by state authorities, pursuant to an express legal provision.

NATURAL PLUS OOD has the right at any time, without notifying the User, when the latter uses the Services in violation of these terms, as well as at the discretion of NATURAL PLUS OOD, to terminate, suspend or change the Services provided.

NATURAL PLUS OOD is not responsible towards the Users and third parties for damages suffered and lost benefits that occurred as a result of the termination, suspension, modification or restriction of the Services, the deletion, modification, loss, unreliability, inaccuracy or incompleteness of messages, materials or information transmitted, used, recorded or made available through NATURAL PLUS OOD.

NATURAL PLUS Ltd. can ensure publication in the thematic headings of the store of hyper-links to other Internet pages and resources. NATURAL PLUS Ltd. is not responsible for damages suffered and lost profits arising in connection with the use, access or reliability of these materials and content.

The user is fully responsible for all damages caused to this website and third parties as a result of using or accessing these Internet pages and resources. NATURAL PLUS OOD is not responsible for damages caused to software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or for loss of data resulting from materials or resources searched, loaded or used in any way through the Services provided. The advice, consultations or assistance provided by the specialists and employees of NATURAL PLUS OOD in connection with the use of the Services by the Users does not give rise to any responsibility or obligations for NATURAL PLUS OOD. The User is obliged to indemnify NATURAL PLUS OOD and all third parties for all damages suffered and lost benefits, including for any costs and attorneys’ fees paid, incurred as a result of claims brought and/or compensation paid to third parties in connection with Internet pages, hyper-links, materials or information that the User has used, placed on the server, sent, distributed, disclosed to third parties or made available through NATURAL PLUS Ltd. in violation of the law, these General Terms and Conditions, good manners or Internet ethics.

Change of General Terms

The General Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by NATURAL PLUS OOD, and the same undertakes to notify the User of changes in the General Terms and Conditions by publishing on the Site a message about the changes as well as the changes themselves – for familiarization with them. The user is considered bound by the changes from the moment of their publication, unless he states that he does not accept them. In the event that the User expressly states that he does not agree with the changes, NATURAL PLUS OOD has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of the Services to the User, and the obligations incurred up to that point are subject to fulfillment. Notifications Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all notifications related to the provision of the Services through the Site are made to the telephone numbers/addresses of contacts, announced in a prominent place on the Site and respectively to the specified telephone number/contact address of the User. Notices so made shall be deemed duly received until proven otherwise.
